Diamond Wood and Shaw 2024 Spotlight

2024 is proving to be another year of growth for Diamond Wood & Shaw Limited. Our senior team is now complete, with the arrival of directors Andy Kenyon and Bhavin Parmar, and we are all set and ready for a busy and productive future.

During the past 12 months our pipeline of civil and structural engineering projects has continued to increase. Our team – now 16 strong and growing – is providing its extensive expertise across a wide range of construction and related projects in Leicestershire and beyond.

Now in our 13th year as DWS, (and having built on the 20-years plus foundations of our forerunner, The Diamond Wood Partnership), we continue to prioritise excellent teamwork and strong and personal relationships with clients old and new.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Fergus Shaw, Technical Director Russell Hawkins, Structural Engineering Director Andy and Civil Engineering Director Bhavin, our teams strive to be both innovative and practical, advising and designing to cost-effectively meet the needs of our clients and their projects.

Our experienced team, including Chartered Civil and Structural Engineers, provides a wide range of expertise to enable success for all kinds of commercial, domestic and other projects including in health, leisure, education and industrial, from assessments, inspections and surveys, through to sustainable drainage systems and the engineering of complex new buildings.

In addition to our growth and achievements over the past year, we are proud to announce that Diamond Wood & Shaw Limited has become ISO 9001 certified. This internationally recognized standard for quality management systems demonstrates our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services while continuously improving our processes. Achieving ISO 9001 certification underscores our dedication to client satisfaction and operational excellence, ensuring that we meet the highest standards in every aspect of our civil and structural engineering projects.
